As the People and Government of the Republic of Côte d’Ivoire commemorate the 64th Anniversary of Independence, this coming August 7th, allow us to convey on behalf of the People and Government of Reconciliation and National Unity of the Republic of Nicaragua, and on our own behalf, our most sincere congratulations.
